• To help men develop a biblical understanding of Christ as their life, their identity and freedom in Christ, and the implications of the gospel for every day life

• To affirm, coach, and equip men in servant leadership in the home, church, workplace, and community

• To initiate and engage men in one-one-one and small group discipleship relationships to encourage and facilitate spiritual growth and to cultivate biblical community

• To challenge men to consider, discover, and live out their collective callings as men uniquely crafted by God and gifted and empowered by the Holy Spirit
